He And Her V.
Tucker walked inside my room and I welcomed him with an hug.
We both sat.
“How was it?” I asked.
“Turns out someone is out there tracking my movement. I confirmed cause I had eye contact with the person at the hospital today.” He said and explained how he went to the restaurant in the hospital instead of going to see the doctor.
“Oops! I really wish we did the text so we can be so sure if you are the father of the child or not. ”
Tucker nodded and slumped to the bed.
We heard a knock on the door all of a sudden and Tucker stood. He wanted to go and open the door but I stop him and stood.
I went to the door and opened it and wasn’t surprise when I met Grace.
“Where is Tucker?” She asked angrily.
“Did you keep him here?” I retorted her and she smirked.
“I saw him enter here so tell him to come out from the hiding that you have kept him.” She said.
“I’m not hiding , what’s wrong?” Tucker came into view.
“Are you asking me what is wrong?” Why in the world did you take my daughter to the hospital ,what for?” She yelled.
“Excuse me ?”
“I ask again, why did you take her to the hospital? Is she sick?”
“Calm down , I went to the restaurant at the hospital together with her to eat and that was because I had an appointment with a friend who happens to be a doctor there.” Tucker said.
“Now listen Tucker. I do not know whatever game you may be playing with me but don’t ever ,I repeat , don’t ever go the hospital with my daughter. Next time she tells me such, you will loathe yourself.” she barged away angrily and Tucker looked into my face
“But why is she so enraged that I went to the hospital with our daughter. What if I had taken her for medical check up? Is the girl our daughter or her daughter?” Tucker asked.
“That is to tell you that something may be fishy somewhere. But we are not giving up though. We must find our if she is really your daughter or not. ” I said and he walked sullenly to sit.
“That woman would never allow me to go the hospital with her daughter again” Tucker said.
I picked up my phone and called the doctor of the hospital we went to.
“Hello doctor” I greeted first.
“Hi, Mrs Camilla.” he answered.
“Is there a way we could text the D.N.A of a child even if she is not physically present at the hospital?”
“Of course. Just her blood would do” The doctor answered.
“Alright, thanks sir.” I said.
“You hear that?” I asked Tucker.
“Yes, I do. But how do we get her blood cause she will tell her mom of any activities that we try to engage on her. ” Tucker said.
“That’s true. What do we do now?” I asked no one in particular and exhaled.
